The City Government of Davao, through the City Economic Enterprise, is now accepting applicants for the lottery of stalls in the Davao Food Terminal Complex (DFTC).

CEE Head Maximo Macalipes said a total of 17 stalls will be up for raffling on February 27. Sixteen of these are 15-square meter stalls, and one is 30 square meters.

Applicants will have to provide the following requirements: letter of intent, community tax certificate (cedula), three 2×2 ID pictures, photocopy of a valid ID, either a birth certificate or marriage certificate as proof of legal status, and a duly accomplished DFTC application form to be acquired in the DFTC in Daliao, Toril.

Acceptance of application will end at noon of February 26.

Based on City Ordinance No. 0706-19 Series of 2019, the rental fee for all stalls is set at P12 per square meter per day.

All rental fees for the stalls and spaces, according the approved DFTC IRR, shall become due and demandable within the first 20 days of the month. Failure to pay the rental fee within the required period shall subject the lessee or occupant to a surcharge of two percent (2%) per month. Failure to pay after 36 months would result in contract termination.
