Twenty new Internal Quality Auditors from various offices of the City Government of Davao participated in the training course on ISO 19011:2018 Auditing Management System conducted by the Quality Management System (QMS) Committee on January 24 to 26.
The comprehensive training focuses on the in-depth understanding of the participants on the audit process and the audit documents. A mock audit was also conducted for the participants to experience auditing with the guidance of the resource person, Ana Marisse Dalawis.
Genevieve Gamueta, Internal Quality Audit leader, said the new auditors were chosen based on their competence.
QMS leader Atty. Sarah Phoebe Paclibar, in her closing message, expressed her gratitude to the participants for taking the challenge and helping the local government unit to continually improve its products and services.
The new auditors will conduct Internal Quality Audit from February to November this year.
