From 2022 to 2024, the City Government of Davao disbursed a total of P1,707,706,889 for the Lingap para sa Mahirap Program, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to supporting the underprivileged Dabawenyos.

The program also provided assistance to 570,490 patients during this period.

In 2022, the Lingap had a total expenditure of P624,054,709, benefiting 179,180, while in 2023, it spent P547,568,626.86 for 202,838 beneficiaries. In 2024, it spent P536,083,554.05, benefiting 188,472.

The Lingap Program is just one of the flagship projects of the City Government of Davao aimed at providing support to underprivileged Dabawenyos. The program offers assistance for funeral costs, medical bills, medications, laboratory procedures, and dialysis expenses. It also prioritizes cancer patients, ensuring that they receive the help they need.

As of March 2025, a total of 42 private hospitals in Davao City hold Lingap accreditation alongside three accredited pharmacies: Kalingap Pharmacy, New Botica Concept, and Murang Gamot.

To bring the program closer to Dabawenyos, satellite offices have also been established in Calinan, Marilog, Toril, Bunawan, Paquibato, and Almendras Gymnasium compound.
