As the City Government of Davao maintains its ISO 9001:2015 certification, the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Team, led by Genevieve Gamueta, conducted the annual IQA covering February 15 to December 28 last year.
The said audit aims to assess CGD’s compliance with the requirements of its own Quality Management System and the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The 45 Internal Quality Auditors were divided into 15 teams to audit the 48 offices of the City Government of Davao covering management processes, operational processes, and support processes.
The IQA Team audited 251 processes and identified a total of 22 Risks, 406 Opportunities for Improvement, 7 Nonconformities, and 238 Positive Findings/Good Practices.
The results of the IQA will be used in preparation for the 2nd Surveillance Audit in July 2024.
