The Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) will celebrate the 3rd year anniversary of its merging with the Central 911 with a community outreach program in Barangay Atan-Awe, Toril on March 22.
The CDRRMO and the Central 911 were merged as one in 2022.
The outreach program aims to bring services closer to the residents of the area, as well as to inform them of the necessary what-to-dos during emergency situations.
Partner agencies from the city government will join the event to offer basic social and medical services to Dabawenyos in the area.
On the same day, the Central 911 Fire Brigade Unit will be participating in the Fire Olympics, spearheaded by the Bureau of Fire Protection Region XI in time for the Fire Prevention Month Observation.
The Fire Olympics will take place at the University of Mindanao Matina Campus.
