A total of 842 pre-listed senior citizens are set to receive cash subsidies under the expanded centenarian program on July 22-24, 2025 at the People’s Park.

“[Para ni] sa nagbirthday karong tuiga nagsugod niadtong January 1 to May 31 nga naapil na sa listahan sa atoang opisina for release (These schedules are for those who turned 80, 85, 90 and 95 last January 1 to May 31, 2025 who are already in our office’s list for subsidy release),” Lorenzo Borja, Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) Head, said in an interview with the Madayaw Program over city-owned Davao City Disaster Radio (DCDR).

The distribution will run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

Senior citizens from the first congressional district including those residing in Poblacion A, Poblacion B, Talomo A and Talomo B are scheduled on July 22.

Payout for senior citizens who live in the second congressional district including those in Agdao District, Bunawan District, Buhangin District, Buhangin A, Buhangin B and Paquibato District is scheduled on July 23.

Senior citizens from the third congressional district including those living in Baguio District, Calinan District, Marilog District, Toril A, Toril B and Tugbok District are set to receive their subsidies on July 24.

Claimants must present a photocopy of their OSCA ID with three specimen signatures. Bedridden seniors may authorize a direct family member to claim their subsidy using a duly filled authorization form available at the OSCA office in Sangguniang Panlungsod Building.

Borja added that seniors who reached milestone ages between March 17 and June 30, 2024 may now register at OSCA by presenting their OSCA ID plus another valid government-issued ID (National ID, SSS ID, or Voter’s ID).

OSCA will announce separate payout dates for seniors celebrating milestone birthdays after the current coverage period.
