Embark on a continuing community-based information campaign, disaster management trainings, enhancement of communications facilities and rescue equipment.
Make sure that responsible officials and responders are attuned to the changing conditions affecting our communities.
Adopt essential measures and enhance capabilities to monitor evolving threats and potential disasters.
