The Venue opened its doors to the public on November 15, 2000. It is a major project of Holiday Entertainment and Music Corp., the same owners of Linmarr Davao, and the Holiday Transport Group.
It's capacity is 1500, and can seat comfortably 1200 people at one time.
It features a very spacious entertainment place (1200 square meter, with a floor area of 1800 square meter) ideal for grand events like:

- billiards area: 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM
- dining area: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry have performed at The Venue like Side A, Jaya, Freestyle, South Border, AiAi Delas Alas, Allan K., Ara Mina, Gladys and The Boxers with K, Eraserheads, DJ Smash, Stella Ruiz, Brix, Passage, Channels, to name a few.
